CenterPoint Crossbow Manuals & Customer Service
CenterPoint Archery's customer service runs through two online forms and a mailing address, not a phone line. Find your model's PDF manual on CenterPoint's own manuals page below, and have the frame's serial number ready - the support form flags requests that skip it. Warranty claims go through a separate RMA process on the warranty page.
How to Reach CenterPoint Support
CenterPoint Archery runs general support through its own website rather than a listed phone number or email address. From the official support page there are two separate forms - one for general product questions, one for reporting a specific problem with a bow already in hand - plus a link to CenterPoint's FAQ section. If a web form isn't workable, CenterPoint's listed mailing address is 3535 Tower Ave., Superior, WI 54880.
That page is for general questions and troubleshooting, not warranty claims specifically. If a covered part has genuinely failed, the process runs through a Return Material Authorization instead - see how to file a CenterPoint warranty claim for that separate path.
Owner's Manuals by Model
CenterPoint publishes a free PDF owner's manual for every model it has sold, current and discontinued, on its own owner's manuals page. The list there is organized by model/SKU code rather than alphabetically by retail name, which makes a specific bow slower to find than it should be. The table below pulls out the crossbows people searching this site actually own, with a direct link to each PDF and a note on whether that model also has a full write-up here.

Three names that turn up in Amazon listings and forum posts - Heat 415, Patriot 415 and Amped 415 - don't appear under those exact names on CenterPoint's current manual list; the closest official matches are Heat 425, Patriot 425 and Amped 425. If a manual search by your bow's marketing name comes up empty, check the model/SKU code printed on the frame against the table above rather than assuming the manual doesn't exist.

What the Serial Number Is For
CenterPoint's support form asks for the bow's serial number before anything else, and warns that leaving it blank "may delay the time to process your request." If a particular bow genuinely has no serial number printed anywhere on the frame or rail, the form's own instruction is to enter "NA" rather than leave the field empty or guess at one.
The serial number is also the fastest way to settle which physical bow is actually in hand when the retail name is ambiguous - more reliable than box art or a listing title. Pair it with the model/SKU code from the table above before contacting support or ordering a part.
Why the Retail Name and the Model Number Don't Always Match
CenterPoint sells the same physical crossbow under more than one retail name often enough that it's worth checking before assuming two listings are different bows. The Dagger 390 is also sold as the Sniper 390 and the Mercenary 390 - same platform, same string and cable specification, different sticker. The Dagger 405 has the same relationship with the Tradition 405. Even the current Sinister 430D shows up on CenterPoint's own manual list simply as "Sinister 430," without the D, for the identical bow.
This is normal for CenterPoint rather than a mistake on any one retailer's part - the company appears to issue a manual and a parts diagram per retail SKU, not per physical design, so a renamed version of an existing bow can get its own manual entry even though nothing mechanical has changed. Matching the published specification - FPS, draw weight, power stroke, string length - is a more reliable way to confirm two listings are the same bow than matching the name alone.
Manual, Parts Diagram or Warranty - Which One Answers Your Question
These three CenterPoint resources get confused for each other because they all start with the model name, but they answer different questions. The parts diagram is an exploded view with every component labelled, for ordering a specific part or describing a problem precisely. The owner's manual above covers setup, operation and safety, and is the better starting point if the bow itself is doing something unexpected. The warranty page covers what's actually covered, what voids coverage, and how to register and file a claim - a separate process from either of the other two.
